Using industry-best equipment, our team conducts full or partial home assessments and inspections to uncover water infiltration, water damage, and mold. This is the first step in any job we accept, as this provides our team and our clients with a clear picture – resulting in a more efficient, less-invasive process.
Partial Home Assessment
$300
Our partial home assessments are standard for more concentrated, controlled areas of moisture and include the following:
Tracing up to 2 leak points
Moisture mapping via thermal imaging camera
Drone inspection of roof, if needed
Full Home Assessment
$500
Full home assessments are a comprehensive look at the known and unknown sources of moisture causing structural damage and mold. These include the following:
Inspection of the entire inside and outside of your home
Moisture mapping using a thermal imaging camera
Drone inspection of roof, if needed
Preventative maintenance recommendations
If you have moisture, you might have mold. For the safety of you and your loved ones, we encourage you to ask our team about our mold testing services.
Exploratory Inspection
In some instances, although not commonly necessary, our team may conduct exploratory inspections. These inspections are customized to the water infiltration issue at hand. This typically involves sealing off a specific area of the home so we can open the walls to see the extent of any damage that is being caused by mold and moisture.
Detailed Assessment Report
Following the thermal imaging inspection, our team compiles a thorough report that encapsulates our findings. This document includes detailed descriptions of the sources of leaks, the areas affected by water damage, and the presence of moisture within your property. Accompanied by clear photographs and thermal imaging captures, our report provides a visual and textual understanding of the water intrusion issues. Additionally, you’ll receive a customized plan outlining the necessary repairs and remediation steps tailored to address the specific challenges identified during the inspection.”
Commercial Inspection
$350 for commercial spaces up to 3,500 square feet
$700 for commercial spaces between 3,500 - 7,000 square feet
$1,050 for commercial spaces between 7,000 - 10,000 square feet
