We called Moisture Master Pros to detect where our water leaks were coming from after various "professionals" came and failed. The technician, Josh,  was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. Promise was really persistent regarding issues we had with PECO. She did a great job of advocating for us when they were unable to continue the job without PECO installing critical safety measures. Promise kept us in the loop at every step. I'm so glad that she helped us so much!

Moisture Master Pros came recommended to me by two separate friends, one who also left a kind Google Review. From the first consultation (which they deducted from the total cost), I had a good feeling. The founder did the assessment and went above and beyond assessing our home, and giving us a comprehensive look at any issues, ongoing or preventative. He did not try to sell up. He was on time, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Upon scheduling some repairs (we worked together to find a plan of action), the MMP team was respectful, on time, organized, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to do the work with care, class, and courtesy. Other companies in our homes could learn from MMP.

I will add two other things:

1. The 5-year guarantee is everything. You can transfer, etc. I respect companies who do not disappear upon being paid, and I take their guarantee to reflect a pride and quality of work.

2. I called a competitor in shopping estimates. Even before getting the price, that competitor was late, rude, and laughed when I asked about a guarantee on their work. Before they got to my home (I politely asked them not to come), they criticized "Philly roofdecks" and sighed, as if I was bothering them.

I highly recommend Moisture Master Pros. They were quick to respond, on time and incredibly profesional. Josh was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and discussed our options with us.

I paid for an internal water assessment on 9/13/22. Josh was really thorough and spent a lot of time answering my questions. However, I did not receive the assessment report in a timely manner and had to call the company 3 times before receiving a call back. When the company did return my call, they took full responsibility for not sending the report in a timely manner and issued me a full refund for the assessment, which is very much appreciated. Young man (Josh) came out & did a masterful job of evaluating the problem. He had his thermal imaging scan thingy inside, his high tech drone outside & access the whole situation completely. Explained everything in layman's term (of course I asked a thousand questions). The estimated proposal was thoroughly written; very professional, itemizing every job detail, description, start & finish.

My entire experience with Moisture Master Pros was stellar. From scheduling to inspection, repairs and cleanup, every person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I called about water damage from a roof leak, they came out just a couple days later and did a detailed inspection inside and out. All staff are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. While it took me a few months to save up for the repair, Josh & Eric came out and immediately got to work two days after I called to schedule. They were so kind and even helped out on a small basement issue from a previous flood. Even though my partner and I were working from home during the repairs, Eric made sure to let us know when he’d be getting noisy. Josh and his team were really fantastic. They did a terrific job on the repair and remediation, they were respectful of our home, and just generally very nice people.
